Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a document whereby a person gives to another person(s) the power to act on the his/her behalf in respect of his/her affairs.As a very general rule there are two different types of Powers. These are:
A General Power of Attorney costs from £125 (excluding VAT)
An appointment with a solicitor is arranged and your instruction is taken before we provide you with a written quotion. We will send you a draft of the POA before it is executed.
